Minimalist, tough Race binding: 96 grams only!!

The DNA Race binding offers lightness combined with durability from its aluminium construction. A binding by athletes for athletes.
An ultralight 96 grams with extremely good handling and durability, the DNA Race binding is the first choice for demanding skimo athletes.

No pain, no gain: In races, every gram and every second count so you can make it onto the podium. In order to call up your best performance, the DNA binding has been pared back to the absolute minimum, yet it offers you 100% reliability and trustworthiness both on the climb and on a speedy downhill.

The binding with its bionic design was developed for athletes, was put to the acid test by athletes, and has speed in its blood. It is so light you hardly know you have it on. It is still however extremely durable for the toughest uses thanks to racing-specific high-performance materials such as milled aluminum and carbon fiber. Entry into both the toe piece and heel unit is race-optimized and functions super easily and quickly. This means you don’t lose valuable time in the transition zones. The risers also work just as easily for even more efficiency on the climb. Adhering to ISMF prerequisites, the DNA binding releases both laterally and vertically and can also be manually secured. As of the 2021-22 season, ISMF race regulations also require brakes. In order to fulfill this, the new DNA binding comes equipped with the light 33-gram Low Tech Race brakes. They feature an innovate dual function of both risers and brakes as well as a one-handed operation. Athletes can therefore transition between ski and walk modes in seconds and at the same time can deploy either risers or brakes. Integrating the riser function with the brake allowed developers to save those last few grams.
